Award of Used Car Seals

All vehicles possessing a Used Car Seal will be subject to further checks. If the information entered appears to be contradictory, a warning is generated. The vehicle will be listed - though without the Used Car Seal.

Check Criteria

• a Used Car Seal can not be awarded to new vehicles (with exception of "Aston Martin Timeless")
• a Used Car Seal can only be awarded by authorised dealers
• a Used Car Seal can only be awarded to cars or vans and trucks up to 7,5t (besides Motorbike Seals "Harley-Davidson Originals" and "BMW Motorrad Premium Selection")
• a Used Car Seal can not be awarded to damaged vehicles
• the Used Car Seal "Aston Martin Timeless" can be awarded to new and used cars being of Aston Martin make
• the Used Car Seal "Certified by Bentley" can only be awarded to cars being of Bentley make
• the Used Car Seal "BMW Premium Selection" can only be awarded to vehicles being of BMW make, having a maximum mileage of 200.000 km and a maximum age of 144 months
• the Used Car Seal "DS Certified" can only be awarded to vehicles being of DS Automobiles make, having a maximum mileage of 80.000 km (vehicles up to 48 months of age), or a maximum mileage of 150.000 km (vehicles from 48 to 84 months of age)
• the Used Car Seal "Alfa Romeo Certified" can only be awarded to vehicles being of ALFA ROMEO make, having a maximum mileage of 150.000 km and a maximum age of 7 years;
• the Used Car Seal "Ferrari Approved" can only be awarded to cars being of Ferrari make
• the Used Car Seal "Harley-Davidson Originals" can only be awarded to motorbikes being of Harley-Davidson make
• the Used Car Seal "Hyundai Promise" can only be awarded to cars with a maximum mileage of 160.000 km and a maximum age of 96 months
• the Used Car Seal "Jaguar APPROVED" can only be awarded to cars being of Jaguar make, with a maximum mileage of 140.000 km and a maximum age of 84 months
• the Used Car Seal "Kia Zertifizierte Gebrauchtwagen" can only be awarded to vehicles being of KIA make, having a maximum mileage of 150.000 km and a maximum age of 84 months
• the Used Car Seal "Selezione Lamborghini Certified Pre-Owned" can only be awarded to cars with a maximum mileage of 100.000 km and a maximum age of 120 months
• the Used Car Seal "Land Rover APPROVED" can only be awarded to cars being of Land Rover make, with a maximum mileage of 140.000 km and a maximum age of + 84 + months
• the Used Car Seal "Maserati Approved" can only be awarded to vehicles being of Maserati make and a maximum age of 60 months
• the Used Car Seal "Mercedes-Benz Junge Sterne Transporter" can only be awarded to vans ([Sprinter, Vario, Vito, Viano, Vaneo, Citan, V 200, V 220, V 230, V 250, V 280, V 300, X 220, X 250, X 350]) being of Mercedes make, with a maximum mileage of 150.000 km and a maximum age of 72 months
• the Used Car Seal "MINI Gebrauchtwagen Next" can only be awarded to vehicles being of MINI make, having a maximum mileage of 200.000 km and a maximum age of 144 months
• the Used Car Seal "Nissan Intelligent Choice" can only be awarded to cars or vans/trucks (up to 7.5t) with a maximum mileage of 150.000 km and a maximum age of 84 months
• the Used Car Seal "Porsche Approved" if inserted via the interface, can only be awarded by authorised interface partners
• the Used Car Seal "Rolls-Royce Provenance" can only be awarded to vehicles being built in Goodwood from 2003 onwards, having a maximum mileage of 160.000 km
• the Used Car Seal "SPOTICAR" can be awarded to used vehicles of all makes with a maximum mileage of 200.000 km and a maximum age of 144 months; Makes need to have a price of at least € 500 and at most of € 100.000
• the Used Car Seal "VOLVO SELEKT" can only be awarded to vehicles being of Volvo make, with a maximum mileage of 150.000 km and a maximum age of 60 months
• the Used Car Seal "VW PKW Zertifizierte Gebrauchtwagen" can only be awarded to vehicles being of VW make
• the Used Car Seal "VW NFZ Zertifizierte Gebrauchtwagen" can only be awarded to vehicles being of VW make
